Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Site Coordinator to support the growth of our regional VIC construction/development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified carpenter looking to develop their skills and progress into site management roles.

The Role:
  • Assist the Head Site Manager with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities
  • Coordinate site inductions, manage OH&S procedures, and conduct QA checks
  • Perform general labor duties, assisting trades as needed
About You:
  • Qualifications in carpentry, with experience in residential projects preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with subcontractors, setting up sites, and managing resources
  • Physical stamina to perform labor duties when required
  • Attention to detail and passion for career growth and development
