Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new employment opportunities using sales and relationship skills
  • Empowering customers to sustainable employment
  • Interviewing and matching customers to appropriate jobs
  • Working within the community to make a positive impact and support people through change

About You
  • Experience in sales and a passion for business development
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong focus on customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively solve problems
