Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

  • Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment
  • Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
  2. Market job seekers to prospective employers through various channels
  3. Collaborate with Employment Consultants to identify suitable job opportunities for participants
  4. Negotiate terms and conditions of job placements with employers
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, or outbound calling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
