Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Professional to join our Regional banking team in Brisbane. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your relationships with regional Queensland businesses to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver financial solutions
- Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer-centric and shares a passion for agribusiness innovation and building businesses. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, including grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers.
Requirements- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing complex portfolios
- Extensive Agribusiness experience in a range of sectors with sound regional professional networks
- Tenacious, resilient, confident, and self-starters with qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field advantageous
