Role Overview

This is a client-facing, on-the-road role where you'll be the face of Cleanaway, meeting with customers, creating tailored solutions, and helping drive sustainable waste outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through outreach and face-to-face engagement
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop strategic sales plans and deliver bespoke waste management solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and responsive customer experience
  • Keep your pipeline healthy and up-to-date in Salesforce
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to inform business growth strategies

Requirements
  • A self-motivated individual who takes initiative without waiting for direction
  • Confident, engaging, and quick to build trust and rapport
  • Commercially astute and motivated to grow our presence in the market
  • Experienced in B2B sales, business development or account management
  • A strong communicator with a natural flair for negotiation
  • Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaborating with the team
  • Holding a current driver's licence and having access to a reliable vehicle
