Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored employment services to clients, including assessment, pathway development, and ongoing support.
- Building strong relationships with clients and employers to source and match employment opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support clients into employment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering employment services to vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and employers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
