**Youth Services Program Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Services Program Lead to join our team, working with young people and families to address barriers and provide support for improved health, wellbeing, and social connectedness.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear role expectations, performance goals, and development plans for the Youth Services team.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders within the community, fostering partnerships that drive results.
- Manage multiple programs across different locations, navigating service complexities and being prepared for on-call commitments.
- Drive outcomes-oriented activities to achieve set timeframes and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement.
**Requirements for Success:**
- A significant background in leadership in community services or child, youth & family sectors, with confidence in values-based leadership and workforce planning.
- Relevant degree with substantial management experience in community services or a child safe model of practice.
- Experience working with complex issues and needs among young people and families.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, with strong communication and active listening skills.
- Proven experience in budget and financial management, with a full driver's license and no restrictions.
