We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Coach to lead the development of young male footballers.
- Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a well-structured development program, focused on enhancing the skills and abilities of our talented players.
- They will work closely with coaches and staff to design and implement training programs that cater to the needs of individual players, promoting optimal development and progression.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
- Minimum Level 2 AFL Coaching Accreditation or ability to obtain
- Experience in working with young people
- Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Well-developed communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
