Job Description

This role involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will support injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community, enhancing their wellbeing and purpose in life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice concerning job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
    • ADL assessments
  • Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services
  • Support needs assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
