We are looking for an individual who can work effectively independently and within a small team. This person should be able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

**Job Summary:**

This Desktop Support Technician role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in desktop support. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving common desktop and laptop issues is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to employees for all desktop and laptop computers. They will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure new software and hardware, provide training and support on new technologies, and maintain and update company IT systems and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving common desktop and laptop issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Mac operating systems
- Experience with cloud-based computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with IT asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Certifications (e.g., A+, Network+)
- Minimum MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals cert. or equivalent
- Microsoft Business Premium experience relating to Microsoft Secure score and Cyber Security tools in the 365 Bus Prem and Enterprise range
- Microsoft Azure AD and Virtual Desktop Experience
- Experience with Sophos/Watchguard/Unifi/Cisco and other common brand networking technologies and platforms
