We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email or in-person visits.
- Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and identify root causes, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Documentation and Knowledge Base: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support the team and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, hardware components, identity management, video conferencing solutions, AD and related services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to empathize with people and clients, communicate clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Education: Relevant certification or degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology or a related field.
