Drive Business Growth and Sustainability

NKT seeks a proactive leader to lead the growing Service and Installation business.

  • Driving business growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work culture, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Leading and managing all aspects of service operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and legislation.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Implementing cost-control measures, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, making data-driven decisions to enhance overall profitability.
  • Ensuring NKT's health and safety processes and standards are followed, promoting a safety culture, and conducting regular site observation visits.
  • Negotiating commercial/legal terms and conditions of service contracts, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Providing leadership and direction to a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and creating a culture of employee engagement.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations, implementing strategies for talent retention and development, and developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
