Safety and Sustainability Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety and Sustainability leader to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability strategy across operations.
About the Role- Lead a team of 3–5, to drive safety strategy and operational execution.
- Foster a strong culture of accountability, responsibility, and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Develop and oversee national HSES strategy aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSES strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen HSE accountability and capability at all levels.
- Conduct ICAM investigations for significant incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
