Job Opportunity: Telephone Sales Representative

At Randstad, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Telephone Sales Representative to join our team in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients' valued and prospective members.

Role Overview:

  • As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing members via telephone to promote our clients' products and services.
  • You will identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements, handling all inbound new member enquiries, membership applications, and maintaining accuracy of member information.
  • Using sales and service skills, and knowledge of company products and services, you will identify opportunities to sell to new prospective members, cross-sell health and life products, and offer cover notes where applicable.
  • You will achieve KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of our clients' business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing members via telephone to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Handle all inbound new member enquiries, membership applications, and maintain accuracy of member information.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment.
  • Previous sales experience either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
