About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Climb Experience Leader at SkyPoint Climb, part of the DreamWorld family. As a Climb Experience Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our guests, ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout their adventure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Conduct thorough safety briefings, assemble and check safety equipment, and monitor climber activities to ensure compliance with SkyPoint Climb safety practices.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to explain and sell services, products, and facilities to guests.
  • Photography and Sales: Photograph climbers at various points throughout the climb, print and sell photos at completion of the climb.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations, and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to relate to and converse with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Communication Skills: Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit, with the ability to perform physically demanding work, including working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Qualifications: Hold a current Apply First Aid and CPR certificate, and a current Australian Work Safely at Heights Certificate, or be willing to obtain qualification prior to commencement.
