As a vital member of a dynamic and customer-centric team, you will uphold and enhance service standards, ensuring that our guests enjoy a satisfying experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven individual with strong customer service skills, along with experience in bartending and food preparation, to take on the role of Food & Beverage Team Leader.

In this position, you will guarantee that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The role requires involvement in both front-of-house operations and kitchen support to ensure seamless daily service delivery.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will possess:

Prior experience in a food and beverage setting Skills in mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and knowledge of food safety Barista experience with a passion for coffee Qualifications and/or experience in commercial cookery Outstanding communication and customer service abilities Impeccable presentation and grooming standards Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends Understanding of occupational health and safety guidelines and food safety regulations
