Your Role in Our Success

As a key member of our vibrant and customer-centric team, you will uphold exceptional service standards while ensuring guest satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and skilled individual with a background in customer service, bartending, and food preparation to take on the role of Food & Beverage Operations Leader.

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a remarkable dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass both front-of-house and kitchen operations, facilitating daily service excellence.

Qualifications for Success

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Prior experience in a food and beverage setting Proficiency in mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and knowledge of food safety Barista experience with a passion for coffee Qualifications and/or experience in commercial cookery Strong communication and customer service skills High standards of presentation and grooming Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Understanding of OH&S guidelines and food safety regulations
