Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Commercial cookery qualifications and/or experience.
