About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Climb Leader to join our team at SkyPoint Climb, a premier tourist attraction in Australia. As a Climb Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our guests, ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout the climb.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, greet and register guests, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct thorough safety briefings, assemble and check safety equipment, and monitor climber activities to ensure compliance with SkyPoint Climb safety practices.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to explain and sell services, products, and facilities to guests.
  • Photography and Sales: Capture memorable moments of our guests and sell photos at the completion of the climb.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to relate to and converse with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Display highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work, including working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Qualifications: Hold a current Apply First Aid and CPR certificate and a current Australian Work safely at Heights Certificate, or be willing to obtain qualification prior to commencement.
