About You- You must have at least two years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong technical skills in workflows, automation, templates, reporting, and user management.
- As a proactive, organised individual, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting teams and refining processes to improve efficiency and deliver impactful customer engagement solutions.
- Configure and maintain the CRM system to ensure smooth operation and user access management.
- Maintain accurate and reliable customer data through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up processes.
- Provide ongoing user support and training to improve CRM adoption and usability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM functionality with departmental workflows.
- Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data.
- Develop and optimise marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies.
- At least two years of experience managing HubSpot or a similar platform.
- Strong technical skills in workflows, automation, templates, reporting, and user management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and CRM certifications or qualifications are preferred but not essential.
