**YOUR ROLE**

In this role, you'll be playing pivotal in deployment of a new CRM system for Bunzl business across Australia and New Zealand partnering with the General Manager Sales to support our MS D365 CRM solution. In addition to administration of the CRM system, the role will provide in-depth sales operational performance analytics to assist leadership in growing the business.

You will be responsible for:

- The administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of D365, to assure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the Customer Experience, Customer Service and Marketing modules.
- Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.
- System onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
- Ensure and assure data governance and compliance across the system, and work with business owners to remediate on a timely basis.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimise the CRM system performance and usability.

**ABOUT YOU**

Excellent communication skills and having ability to speak confidently and deliver support to CRM system users and management will also be highly valued.

Other essentials for the role:

- Ideally a working knowledge of reporting platforms like Power BI
- An understanding MS D365 or other CRM functionality
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support would be advantageous
- Cybersecurity awareness
- Strong MS Excel skills over a large and complex data set
