OverviewCRM Analyst - BANZ Australia Dandenong SouthJoin Bunzl Australasia for the CRM Analyst role based in Dandenong South.
Bunzl is a global leader in product distribution and value-added services across Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Healthcare with a culture focused on training, development, and opportunities for growth.YOUR ROLEIn this role, you will be pivotal in the deployment of a new CRM system for Bunzl across Australia and New Zealand.
You will partner with the General Manager Sales and the broader team to support configuration, workflow automation, and form customization within Dynamics 365 CRM.
In addition to CRM administration, you will provide in-depth sales operational performance analytics to assist leadership in growing the business.You will be responsible for:Analyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement.Work with technical teams to design solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.System onboarding of new users and offboarding of departing users.Collaborate with sales leaders, third-party developers, a broad business stakeholder group across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Category teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.Lead business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.ABOUT YOUYou will have previous experience within Sales operations, sound knowledge of best practices and trends both internal and external, and proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
