Crm Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Crm Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering business transformation and product development rooted in digital strategy, experience design, and engineering.

About this Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the implementation and maintenance of Fusion5 CRM solutions.
  • As a Crm Specialist, you will be working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Fusion5 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights through reports and dashboards to drive business decisions.
  • Maintain optimal performance of the CRM system and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fusion5 CRM updates and Scribe integration best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Fusion5 CRM functionality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and Scribe integrations.
  2. Design, develop, and customize Fusion5 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM system requirements.
  4. Perform data migration, import, and export tasks within Fusion5 CRM using Scribe.
  5. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system and integration issues.
  7. Document technical specifications, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
