About You

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure and maintain the crm system, ensuring smooth operation and user access management
  • Maintain accurate and reliable customer data through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up process.
  • Provide ongoing user support, and training to improve crm adoption and usability
  • Point of contact for all users for onboarding and crm troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain documentation (technical and user guides) outlining configurations and best practices
  • Customise the crm with tailored fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align crm functionality with departmental workflows
  • Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer behaviour and business performance
  • Develop and optimise marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor and support integrations with connected systems and tools
