Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to facilitate dynamic learning programs across various subject matter areas.
  • The ideal candidate will manage overall strategy, execution of Learning Needs Analysis, and lead all phases of capability planning, collateral development, delivery, and measurement.
  • They will drive the delivery of various capability initiatives, from designing solutions to managing reporting and communication.
  • The successful candidate will design all capability using a structured methodology and process.
  • They must ensure multiple pathways are considered for skill uplift, including face-to-face workshops, online guides, and resources.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders is essential to understand business needs and recommend tailored capability solutions.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment is also desirable.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in translating capability needs into actionable solutions.
  • They must possess strong learning experience design skills.
  • Facilitation skills with a focus on deep engagement are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals is required.
