Due to recent success in securing NSW Public Health Tender listings and distribution rights for a groundbreaking Surgical product, as well as further acquired distribution rights, this national distributor seeks to expand their NSW sales team.

The Surgical portfolio offers the opportunity to provide a wide range of high-quality surgical and electrosurgical products, working with all levels of Operating Theatre healthcare professionals, focusing on Surgeons, throughout Sydney metropolitan Hospitals as well as Southern regions including St George, Nowra, ACT, and Wagga.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be part of an organisation offering a flat management structure and a collaborative, well-established team environment.

Applicants should have at least 2+ years of current or recent Operating Room commercial device sales experience, presenting established business relationships with Surgeons, Theatre Managers, OR Nursing staff, and Supply/Procurement teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate genuine passion for sales and clinical impact to achieve best patient outcomes.

A strong background in Life Sciences is ideal, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.

This NSW-based position comes with a salary package including superannuation, car allowance, tools of trade, and an uncapped bonus structure.
