Job Title:

Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and security.

About the Role:

  • Oversee night operations to ensure highest level of service, safety, and security
  • Address guest issues and enforce compliance to hotel policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of night activities and make informed decisions in case of incidents or emergencies
  • Conduct regular briefings with overnight team and communicate company information
  • Monitor hotel performance and standards during overnight function

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred but not essential
  • Experience in Front Office operations in luxury hotels/resorts
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in Property Management Systems (e.g. OPERA)
  • Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
