Position Summary

The Night Operations Manager oversees overnight hours, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and security for personnel. They conduct regular briefings with the team and communicate company information. Performance monitoring and standards are maintained throughout the hotel during nighttime operations.

The Role

We ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner to guests' satisfaction. We update Standard Operating Procedures according to hotel standards and business level by suggesting improvements to improve efficiency of work and performance. A positive working environment is fostered for all team members, and their satisfaction is checked regularly to maintain strong working relationships within the team. Praises and encouragement are given for good performances.

Talent Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in Front Office operations in luxury hotels/resorts. A strong interpersonal communicator with personable character, good in relation building, and competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office). First Aid certification and Responsible Service of Alcohol are required. Good command of written and spoken English and valid working rights in Australia.
