As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating performance media channels and aligning them with broader strategic objectives.
- You will lead cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with globally agreed communications models and planning principles.
- You will serve as the senior cross-channel point of contact for clients, managing key relationships across the performance hub.
- You will coordinate media execution across performance channels while ensuring integration with key channels.
- You will work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs), effectively managing conversations and workloads.
- You will ensure integrated campaign briefs are aligned with performance channel requirements.
- You will own and manage the overall workload across performance channels, prioritizing tasks effectively.
About You:
- You have proven ability to lead integrated responses to briefs incorporating local insights and market learnings.
- You have experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across both local and global initiatives.
- You possess a strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure strategic direction aligns with business challenges and vision.
- You proactively identify innovation opportunities and share your market knowledge with the client community.
- You have previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and serving as an escalation point for performance-related challenges.
