Digital Performance Leader

A highly skilled Digital Performance Leader is required to drive cross-channel performance media strategy and lead integrated responses to briefs. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with globally agreed comms models and planning principles, while coordinating media execution across performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-channel performance media strategy to ensure integration with key channels.
  • Acts as the senior point of contact for client relationships across performance hubs.
  • Coordinates media execution across performance channels while ensuring alignment with business challenges and vision.
  • Ensures integrated campaign briefs are aligned with performance channel requirements.
  • Owns and manages the overall workload across performance channels, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead integrated responses to briefs incorporating local insights and market learnings.
  • Experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across local and global initiatives.
  • Strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure strategic direction aligns with business challenges and vision.
  • Proactively identifies innovation opportunities and shares market knowledge with the client community.
  • Previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and acts as an escalation point for performance-related challenges.
