Job Title: Digital Performance Lead

This role focuses on driving digital growth, delivering best-in-class solutions for clients. The Digital Performance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to champion digital initiatives and contribute to business expansion.

Candidates should have a strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies, driving revenue growth, and delivering against targets.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all digital briefs, ensuring efficient allocation to appropriate teams for planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include campaign strategy, planning, and execution; client management; and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills, able to address nuances in the digital landscape.

About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital performance efforts. As a key member of the team, you will drive digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across Australia, New Zealand, and Epsilon.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients. Your expertise in DV360 and/or The Trade Desk is essential, as well as your ability to plan and buy social effectively.
