About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in performance marketing and media, working closely with colleagues across the Marketing ecosystem to build campaigns and digital channel strategies that drive product consideration and customer acquisition.
You will measure campaign performance and business outcomes rigorously, identifying trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimization across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated campaigns that drive business outcomes.
- Lead high-performing teams in performance marketing and media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage large media budgets to balance acquisition efficiency with long-term consideration.
