Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

Total Workfit Solutions are Tasmania's largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, offering unique services to the local community.

This role involves delivering holistic, client-centered services in workplace rehabilitation. You will work with injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services according to your scope of practice, including:
    • Needs assessments
    • Workplace assessments
    • Advice on job modifications
    • Rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessments
    • Activities of daily living (ADL) assessments
  • Conduct medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison
  • Support needs assessments
Requirements
  • Full registration with AHPRA or a relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle with comprehensive insurance, willing to travel around North/Northwest region to service clients
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
