**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. As part of our team, you will help individuals and organisations achieve their potential by using your specialist knowledge and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life.

  • Use your clinical expertise to support clients in achieving their goals and minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
