- Make a tangible impact on the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges.
- Support clients' journeys as they return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

Requirements:
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
