Victorian State Government body seeking an Injury Management Consultant for 6 month duration.
**Your new company**
This Victorian State Government body is seeking multiple Injury Management Consultants for a 6-month contract. This position is based in the Melbourne CBD, you will have the opportunity to work from home & at times, will be required to travel to various sites.
**Your new role**
As an Injury Management Consultant, you will be involved in developing & implementing early intervention and return to work strategies. You will also be leading the injury management programs whilst assisting the injured worker, line manager and relevant Allied Health professionals. As a Specialist, you will be required to continue monitoring and reviewing return to work strategies.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this vacancy, you must have demonstrated experience in an employer setting. We are looking for an empathetic & proactive individual with:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing & monitoring early intervention & injury management strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a range of internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse trends, develop reports & implement early intervention programs.
- Valid Victorian Drivers License
