Sales Relationship Builder

Maxxia, part of the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG), is Australia's largest provider of salary packaging and novated leasing.
As a Sales Relationship Builder within Maxxia, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, generate leads, and create sales opportunities. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients, run onsite activations, and promote the Maxxia brand.
You will be provided with training and support to promote and sell our products effectively.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with various clients, including Corporate, Not For Profit, Government, and Health sectors.
- Running onsite initiatives to enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits.
- Executing engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate product education via multiple channels.
- Providing support to key client stakeholders and being available to answer queries.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales, able to plan, schedule, and forecast. They should have a track record of achieving targets and meeting activity KPIs, as well as a full Driver's License.
