Secure a high-performing Business Development Manager position with a reputable Residential Builder & Property Developer in Melbourne.

The company is expanding its team, and this senior role offers the ideal opportunity for an established BDM/Channel Sales Manager to leverage their experience and relationships to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads and expand the company's database of channel partners. They will establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, negotiate and close deals, and manage the CRM to achieve set sales targets.

This role requires at least 2+ years of experience in a similar BDM/Relationship Manager/Channel Sales Manager role, extensive knowledge of current market conditions, and strong relationship management skills. A competitive base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus uncapped incentives for each sale, is on offer. The position also includes hybrid working arrangements, a laptop, mobile phone, and executive support.
