Job Title: Sales Director - Retail

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Retail operations in Australia. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and budgets
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Retail Sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms with large corporates
  • Define and monitor trade spend per customer
  • Develop and execute pricing, promotional, and trade margin negotiations
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior sales experience within FMCG
  • Proven track record in coaching a high-performing sales team
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms with large corporates
  • Ambition, drive, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong influencing and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a globally matrixed organisation
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and initiate action
