The Role
- Liaise with key stakeholders via phone and face-to-face
- Process orders and manage inventory
- Review production schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Manage internal accounts and customer relationships
- Review customer forecasts and adjust inventory accordingly
- Optimize stock levels to meet customer demands
Your Background
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience dealing with key stakeholders via phone
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
