Auto & General is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team. As a Claims Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing a personalized and seamless customer experience for at-fault Third Party (TP) customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively contacting TP customers to obtain critical information, ensuring the best possible recovery outcome.
* Managing all recovery opportunities to the fullest extent, maximizing contact rates with TP customers.
* Utilizing sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve claims efficiently.
* Employing effective negotiation and communication skills to resolve conflicts and achieve successful outcomes.
