About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our team at Penrith City Council. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all transactions, including accurate EFTPOS procedures, handling program and membership inquiries, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work closely with our Wellness Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at the Reception Desk.
  • Provide fast, friendly, and focused service to create a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in an administration-based role.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
Commencing Salary

$34.72 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
