Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to become an integral part of our Allied Health Services division. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, collaborating closely with our Wellness Team to ensure seamless daily operations at the Reception Desk.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing all transactions with precision, including executing accurate EFTPOS procedures, addressing program and membership inquiries, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and compassion. Your ability to deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service will be essential in fostering a positive experience for our clients.

Currently, we have the following Permanent Part-Time positions available within our Allied Health Reception Team:

  • 23 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, all shifts commencing at 5:15 am.
  • 16 hours per week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with shifts starting at 1:00 pm.
  • 15 hours per week: Thursday and Friday, beginning at 5:15 am.

Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an administrative role.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • A valid NSW Working with Children Check.

Salary Information: $34.72 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation.

This position is classified as Child-Related under Child Protection laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply, candidates must provide a valid Working with Children Check Number.
