Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Reception Coordinator to enhance our Allied Health Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients, collaborating closely with our Wellness Team to ensure seamless daily operations at the Reception Desk.
Your responsibilities will include managing all transactions with precision, executing accurate EFTPOS procedures, addressing program and membership inquiries, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your commitment to delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service will be essential in fostering a positive experience for our clients.
Currently, we have the following Permanent Part-Time positions available within our Allied Health Reception Team:
- 23 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- 16 hours per week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- 15 hours per week: Thursday and Friday.

Essential Qualifications
- Extensive experience in an administrative role.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
Salary Information: $34.72 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
This position is classified as Child-Related under Child Protection laws in NSW. Applicants must provide a valid Working with Children Check Number.
Background checks may be required as relevant to the position.
