
Hospitality Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering sales strategy for hospitality, collaborating with the business development team in developing new business in the hospitality sector, presenting to key stakeholders and decision makers within the sales targets identified to deliver proposals, creating strategies to communicate to previous purchasers and lapsed clients, and developing networks and relationships to promote commercial growth.
Delivering Sales Strategy:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales strategy for hospitality.
- Work closely with the sales manager and broader sales team to achieve objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the BD team to develop new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Present to key stakeholders and decision makers to deliver proposals.
- Communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Relationship Building:
- Develop networks and relationships to promote commercial growth.
- Create strategies to communicate with previous purchasers and lapsed clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within corporate hospitality for sport / entertainment events.
- A high level of skill in communicating with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Thorough experience in writing and preparing presentations, briefs and proposals to corporate customers.
- A thorough understanding of sponsorship sales and customer solutions for sports right holders.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and a good eye for detail.
