**About the Role**:
Are you a creative professional with a passion for marketing and digital design? Do you have a flair for producing captivating visual content? If so, we invite you to join our team as a **Marketing Specialist** for ahs hospitality & RGF Staffing ANZ. This role puts you at the core of two vibrant brands, where you'll contribute to brand-building efforts, create high-quality marketing solutions, and support the digital presence of both businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Content Creation**:

- Produce marketing materials including graphic design and copywriting.
- Provide creative design support for tenders, client presentations, and internal communications.
- Develop engaging digital assets for social media, eDM, website, and online ads.
- Blog writing to support the digital strategy.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain and update the brand hub for both ahs hospitality & RGF Staffing ANZ.
- Ensure brand consistency across all collateral and digital assets.
- Engage in the development of internal communication documents
- **Sales & Proposal Support**:

- Design assets for business tenders, proposals, and client sales materials.
- Develop visually appealing presentations, bespoke tender covers, and organizational charts.
- **Digital & Website Management**:

- Update and maintain content for ahs hospitality & RGF Staffing ANZ's websites and microsites.
- Work with SEO specialists to drive traffic and enhance search visibility.
- Work on paid ad word and social campaigns
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage content for primary social media channels.
- Engage followers and maintain a positive brand presence across all platforms.
- **Reporting**:

- Produce data-driven reports on traffic, engagement, and social media insights for regular reviews.
- Manage the Google analytics accounts for both businesses and analyse any trends for better business outcomes

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of marketing and design principles with experience in digital and social media.
- Understanding of brand design and standards.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to work.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
