Hospitality Manager – Lifestyle Role | Eynesbury

$80k base + up to $16k annual bonus (OTE $96k) + Free Golf + Staff Discount

We're searching for a hands-on Hospitality Manager to join a growing hospitality precinct in Eynesbury, featuring a restaurant, bar, and events spaces. This is a rare opportunity to lead a vibrant venue while enjoying a true work-life balance.

Trading hours:

  • Closed Monday & Tuesday
  • Dinner only Wednesday & Thursday
  • Lunch & Dinner Friday & Saturday
  • Sunday lunch only(evening trade until 7pm in summer)
What you'll be doing
  • Lead and support the FOH team, building a strong workplace culture
  • Oversee service across the restaurant, bar, and events
  • Manage rosters, labour targets, and service standards
  • Partner with the events team to deliver weddings, corporate functions, and activations
  • Monitor financial performance (labour & COGS) with support from senior leadership
What we're looking for
  • Hospitality management experience (venue, restaurant, or events)
  • Confidence leading busy services while managing a team
  • Financially aware – comfortable with budgets, GP, and labour reporting
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused
  • Someone ready for a role that balances responsibility with lifestyle
