Job Title: National Store Design Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver world-class retail design concepts and solutions into stores. The goal is to enhance the customer's experience while continuing to innovate and improve cost and design process efficiencies.

  • The role involves leading the development, maintenance, and implementation of design briefs in line with company strategy.
  • Developing and/or managing the production of owned concepts, presentation sketches, and relevant technical documentation, specifications, details, and finishes in preparation for project approval.
  • Implementing cost efficiency levers with a key focus on value engineering and simplifying current processes.
  • Custodian of the development and evolution of design requirements for each tier of stores.
About You
  • Required experience of 5+ years in retail design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of concept designers.
  • A degree in interior design, industrial design, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of retail/product design in terms of fixture design, lighting, finishes, and signage.
