Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our team of professionals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for driving guest service excellence, managing financial performance, and ensuring that our guests leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our spa team to deliver five-star service
  • Monitor financial performance and manage stock, costs, and expenses
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets
  • Recruit, develop, and train our spa team
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of spa operations and team management
  • Previous experience in the beauty field, with a deep appreciation for wellness and luxury services
  • Proven leadership experience, inspiring and guiding teams towards collective success
  • A passionate and driven individual, committed to providing exceptional guest service
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster

About You

You will have in-depth knowledge of spa operations and experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury spa. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our hotels at The Star.
