Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site representatives and the recruitment team to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Organize and coordinate training, inductions, and compliance activities to ensure all employees are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and training needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Assist with payroll queries and leave requests, ensuring seamless employee support.
